OUR STORY

Keystone Fitness Clubs are founded by Manny Singh. In 2005, He found himself obese weighing 110 kg. He could relate to anyone who is struggling with obesity and unfit. He was depressed, had no confidence, no belief in himself whether he would be able to lose weight and get fit.

But then he started hitting the gym day after day. He still didn’t have confidence if he could lose weight but he used to tell himself just think about today and hit the gym. Eventually results started to appear. In 2010, he lost 40 kg and his weight was down to 70 kg. Since then he has become a confident, happier and healthier person. He trains five days in week. He has completed many runs including RUN Melbourne Half Marathon & ASB Full Marathon (Auckland, New Zealand).

His new-found passion for health and fitness inspired him to complete his Fitness qualifications (Certificate III/IV in Fitness) and opened his first Gym Keystone Fitness Club, Upper Ferntree Gully and help others to get healthy and active. After a seven and half year corporate stint working for Australia’s leading telecom, he decided to move on and started Keystone Fitness Club to provide Quality Fitness services to the local community. Manny decided to choose the name Keystone Fitness Club after reading a book named “Power of Habit”. This book coined the term Keystone Habits. A few key habits have the ability to transform your life and regular exercise is one of them. We believe if you start a regular exercise program, you will not only improve your fitness & well-being but also you will feel better, feel more energized, eat better, become more confident, and your self-esteem will improve just by focusing on adding one thing in your life “Regular Exercise”.

Manny has also written a book named “ THE NEW YOU: 10 Proven Strategies for weight loss and better health” based on what strategies really worked for him and how can you implement these strategies in your life.

Manny believes in spreading awareness about importance of health & he has appeared in print media and radio interviews.
