Anybody Can Try This Whole Body HIIT Workout

Are you ready to elevate your fitness with a full-body HIIT workout? This guided workout from Snap Fitness combines short bursts of intense activity with rest or active recovery, making it a powerful way to enhance heart health, burn fat, and build strength in just a short time.

Warm-Up (5-10 minutes)

Begin with a warm-up to prepare your body. You can choose from walking, cycling, rowing, or jogging.

Workout Instructions

Complete the following exercises as a circuit, aiming for 4 rounds with a 30-second rest between rounds. Finish with 10 minutes of stretching.

1. Burpees

  • Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.

  • Bend down, placing your hands on the floor.

  • Kick your feet back to a plank position.

  • Lower your chest, then push back up.

  • Jump your feet forward to a squat position.

  • Jump up, extending your arms overhead, and land softly back in a squat.

2. Two-Arm Kettlebell Row

  • Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell in each hand.

  • Hinge at your hips with a straight back.

  • Squeeze your shoulder blades and pull kettlebells toward your ribcage.

  • Lower them back down slowly.

3. Two-Arm Kettlebell Military Press

  • Stand with a kettlebell in each hand at shoulder height.

  • Press the kettlebells overhead, fully extending your arms.

  • Lower them back to shoulder height.

4. Jump Squats

  • Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.

  • Lower into a squat, keeping your chest up.

  • Jump explosively, extending your arms overhead.

  • Land softly and return to a squat.

5. Rowing (200m for one rep)

  • Strap your feet into the rowing machine.

  • Sit and grasp the handle, keeping your arms straight.

  • Push off with your legs, lean back slightly, and pull the handle to your chest.

  • Extend your arms forward and slide back to the starting position.
